Dr. Vinil K.V. joined the Department of Economics as an Assistant Professor in December 2013, after serving as a guest lecturer since 2011. He holds a Ph.D. from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, with his doctoral research focusing on “Interstate Migrant Labourers in Kerala: A Study from Human Development Perspective.” Dr. Vinil was also the Co-Investigator for an NHRC major project on “Right to Education of the Children of Migrant Labourers in Kerala.” His areas of specialization include Development Economics and Public Finance.
